I think my bottle is UNDER filled!

A bit of explanation.  :) We do not fill our bottles to the top. They need room for expansion during transit and hot/cold - or they will leak. So with our clear bottles you will see room at the top. Sometimes more room that you may feel is necessary. 

This is generally because bottles vary in what volume they can hold. These bottles can also vary from batch by batch and manufacturer by manufacturer. And if you have been following throughout the Covid pandemic - you will be aware of the fact that many times we have been forced to get bottles/caps/pumps... from different manufacturers than usual. 

This leads to different heights/thicknesses/volumes.... and that leads to different looking FILLs than what you may or may not be used to.

Remember this. 

We are always giving you what you are paying for. Products are done by Weight ... and also volume many times. We fill be weight first... and then will increase a bit if that volume looks too small. We actually take a loss many times on our end to make the product look fuller *even though we have fulfilled the actual weight we are selling you. 

In a perfect world we would not have to even worry about this.. but times have changed and it seems as though each batch we get out to you has subtle changes in packaging. Our goal is to keep things looking as close to normal as we can from batch to batch. 

1. The Fade Bright (sold as a 4oz. bottle) is definitely fully filled. This particular bottle holds almost 5 ounces  (We are selling 4.5oz). It can definitely look underfilled to you? .... but it is actually overfilled.
2. This 16oz. bodywash bottle is also fully filled. This is a great bottle here. Perfect sizing actually and hopefully we can keep this one in stock. Notice that it is NOT filled all the way up!? We can't. If we did... it would just seep out of the top. We only fill up to the label.
