If you signed up for our Birthday List - we send you a code to you at 9am on your happy day. If you're having troubles using it though ... that's no fun! Let's set this straight right now. :)
There are a couple of reasons why a coupon might not work:
- You have items in your cart that are excluded. Any Combination Sets/Kits are already discounted 15%-18% - so they are excluded from any coupon usage. *That would be a double discount. Also the VISS IPL can not be discounted. Everything else it A-OK.
- You are in the Wrong Customer Group (this is common) for that code! Coupons are only valid to your grouping. Did you get your Birthday code and then upgrade to VIP? Ah .. that isn't going to work. You are going to get a different code that we will have to give you. Just email support@platinumskincare.com and we can help you! **You will be saving more - even if the coupon code is less because this code goes on TOP of your VIP 20% discount. Ta-Da!
- You have already used that code. This happens on rare occasions. We issue a single code that you are given access to as your birthday arrives. If a friend shared their code with you (for example) and you used it a few months early ... we are sorry, but it is 1x use only. That was an early birthday gift. :) 🎁 We can not issue another one.
- You have a typo! Yes... it is always better to copy/paste that code than to spell it out. Many times we shorten a word, or just have a glob of random letters, and those can be mixed up easily.
If you recently upgraded to VIP ... any coupons will either no longer be valid *(your 20% off is more), OR you have a different code to use that will work on TOP of your current 20% discount .... $10 off shipping ... freebies. So just let us know and we can give you the VIP version of your code.
