The pump on my bottle is leaking

IF you have trouble with a large bottle dripping, (such as our BodyWash or Triple Treat lotion). There is usually a reason.

• It is not generally a faulty pump.
• It is not a cheap pump or anything of that nature.

Dripping can happen with pumps if you are in different altitudes. If product is coming out ... there is a vacuum happening.

This can happen for one reason or another. Altitude, Temperature at different times during the year. ... and very very rarely - a defective pump. **Though, if you have more than one bottle doing this - defective is absolutely not the reason.

1. Open the bottle and clean out the pump with hot water.
2. Let any air adjust. I would leave this for 10-15 minutes.
3. Now reseal it. *You can sometimes give the bottle a squeeze before tightening all the way to create a vacuum sucking it INTO the bottle if necessary. 
4. It should not leak.
5. LOCK THE PUMP after use ... by turning it to closed if you are continuously having these issues. *living in mountains ... etc... you would probably already deal with this regularly.
