I am VIP and I can only select ONE sample

Hello. We get this question fairly often and the answer is simple!

Are you logged IN as a VIP? Only VIP that are signed in will be able to see the VIP free sample page here: https://www.platinumskincare.com/vip-free-samples/

On this page there are 2 dropdowns to choose from. Be sure to select one from each dropdown. You should not have any troubles. 

IF you already put a Retail customer Free Sample (they only have 1 choice) in the cart - it will be removed by the system when you add your VIP samples. This can happen if you are shopping without being signed into your account. The shopping cart does not know of your Customer Group/Status unless you tell it who you are. If you are not signed in, you will be shown standard prices/samples. 

Where do I sign in? 

• On a computer it is in the Top Right hand Corner. 
• On a tablet/phone, click the 3 dashes (*left of the Platinum Logo), scroll down, and you will see Log In or Sign Up.
