Ingredients listed on Dermamelan listing for a peel:
What we suggest as a similar treatment for at home use:
Fade Bright: granactive retinoid, alpha arbutin, resveratrol, niacinamide, azelaic, kojic, glutathione.
Serum 15 or Serum 30: glycolic, mandelic, phytic, vitamin C.
Mandelic 40 Peel
Jessners Peel *Jessners contains 14% resorcinol, 14% lactic and 14% salicylic.
Application hints:
Fade Bright can be used 1-2x per day on any areas with hyperpigmentation. Use caution and protect any mucus areas with ointment if you are getting too close to avoid irritation.
Serum 15/30 can also be used daily. You can alternate w/FB if you wish on separate days or times of day.
Peels can be done 1x per month. Always prep with Fade Bright if you are going to perform any peels on already hyperpigmented skin. Prep for at least 4 weeks.
Body peels have a very slow turnover rate and even mild ones can take up to 2 weeks to see any dryness. Mandelic is a good option with little to no visible dryness. Jessners can be layered for a deeper peel but always start with only 1 or 2 layers on a sensitive/intimate area.
