My VIP amount changed! Is this fraud?

We relish in offering you amazing savings .. but, prices do go up all the time for us. Each item can cost more to create as ingredients fluctuate (3-10x per year!). Shipping costs raise 4-5x per year for some carriers. 1 or 2x for others. And we have to be able to meet those costs - while also offering the same quality products - and prices that make us so special. 

SO ... yes ... every few years our membership fees will go up to cover these things. 

1 year warning!

We never just raise our membership fees without letting you know far far far in advance. We start sending emails about 1 year before you ever SEE the price change. That is because when you purchase a VIP membership - it sets the price for the NEXT YEAR immediately. You are really "grandfathered in" for an additional year when signing up.  :) 

6 month warning!

We send more emails as the time gets closer - just to the VIP. Alerting you that our price will be increasing the next time your membership processes. 

7 day warning!

Then, when it is in effect .... and your extra YEAR has gone by ... the next email you get for your Renewal Reminder will SHOW the new price! 

You will see it - and also a note making sure you understand that the price MAY have changed. There will be a link for you to Cancel if you wish .. or, just leave it be and allow your new processing in 7 days.

This is what your email will look like when we send you your receipt. Notice you have options. Did you forget to cancel? That's OK... Just email us and we can fix that. NO CHARGEBACKS! *You agreed upon signing up that you would not create a chargeback because of a charge. So always honor your word and just reach out to us. We can help you instantly.
