I am so sorry that your package has not been successfully delivered. I apologize on behalf of the carrier. Rest assured with Platinum Skin Care each and every package contains shipping insurance. :)
However, there is a 5 day waiting period to file a lost package claim. This timeframe provides the carrier ample time to redeliver the package if it was mistakenly misdelivered on the first attempt and returned to the carrier. If you do not have your package by the 5th business day, please let me know. I am happy to file a lost package claim on your behalf and start the process to initiate a replacement package.
