Any time you have a damaged order you will want to ALERT US IMMEDIATELY. Email support@platinumskincare.com with the following:
1. Have a photo of your damaged items. This includes any leakage or breaks visible. *If you do not have evidence of damage we can not file a claim.
2. Have a photo of the Exterior package (any soft spots... leaks...)
3. Have a photo of your invoice or your invoice number with your information.
We should respond to you within 48 hours of your email being sent (pending holidays/weekends). If you do not receive a response from us regarding your claim, then your email may not have arrived to us. Reach out to us again via email and/or call us 1-800-917-3155
All damages MUST be filed within 15 days of your package being scanned as received by the carrier.
