How does your Loyalty Point system work?

You are Special to us! We want to make absolutely sure you understand this by giving you MORE.

Just for being a loyal Platinum Skin Care customer you will be automatically enrolled in our Platinum Rewards Program. This page will show you how you Earn, Cash in and Spend your points. 

How do I sign up?

It is SO simple, just become a customer. You are creating an account with your very first order during your checkout process. When you are enrolled you will:

• Earn 10 points for every $1 you spend.
• Earn 1000 points for every successful referral you send our way!
• Redeem your points by clicking on our Widget *found in the lower left hand corner.
• Spend your Store Credits on your next order.
• Earn more points.

How much are my points worth?

Note: points are not earned for any shipping fees, taxes or discounts applied.

If you return any items, your points will be automatically updated in the system.

Where can I find my current points and turn them in? 

We aren't hiding them! We want you to benefit from your loyalty.  :)

They are always on every screen in the bottom left hand corner. See that cute widget? Click that. If you are on a mobile device you will see a black bar at the bottom of the page instead that says Platinum Rewards. Click that and a new page will open for you. 

Turn in all of the points that you can. You may be able to turn in points multiple times. The selections that are there are will be available to click. Even if there are multiple options - we usually suggest turning in the highest amount you can. A Store Credit will never go away - but points will zero out each year. 

How do I SPEND my points? 

This is even easier. There are no codes to remember - because this is not a discount or coupon. it is CASH coming directly from Platinum Skin Care that will help to pay for part or even ALL of your order (depending on how many points you have). 

When you have turned in your points, they become a Store Credit. This SC is now in your Account on our website - and you can SEE your balance at any time while you login. Just click your Account button at the top of the page when you are logged in. 

Now, next time you place an order on our website the Store Credit will come off your total on the Payment Section of checkout. That is because a store credit is just like CA$H to you.

Anything that the SC does not cover you will pay for with your method of choice. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Affirm.*

*Affirm will become a payment option on all orders $100 and up.
