How do I cancel my VIP Membership?

Hello. You always have full control of your membership. You can login to your VIP Portal at any time and change a credit card, update an address, password, and even cancel or renew your membership. 

You can cancel your membership at any time and it will still remain active until your 365th day. Then, instead of renewing, it will just cancel. 

1. Go to our VIP membership page here
2. Now you can login to your portal
3. Select your VIP Subscription tab if it isn't already open.
4. Now click to View your Current Membership.

Open up your Current VIP Subscription so you can edit it! 

Now you can go ahead and click the CANCEL button: 

Once you have clicked the button you will get a POPUP to Confirm that is indeed what you want to do! Remember, it cannot effect the past. It can only cancel a future payment. *If your account has already processed, and you wish to cancel and get a refund, you will need to contact us.

If your account has NOT recharged yet, just cancel here:

And when you are done you will see the wording has changed to "Delete Cancel Request". This means if you change your mind about cancelling this, you can just go right back to your normal Membership charges. See below:
