This is a copy of the email we sent out in regards to Temporary Covid closures on October 2021.
We hate sending out notices like this, but we just heard in the last few days that packages shipped to Australia using the US Postal Service are going to be returned to us.
If you ordered recently and used USPS, this is what will happen. They will be sending the package back to us, and we will refund your payment. We will do that once we receive the package here in our facility.
If you want to reorder or make a new order, we have left FedEx and Express Mail as shipping options. Those two options are still delivering.
I wish we could have known this would have happened and adjusted accordingly, but we had no warning!
For that, we apologize! We live in an unusual time, and things like this are just part of the protocol, it seems. As far as Platinum goes, we will do whatever we can to make it right and help you out any way we can.
