We know that you are used to us shipping all orders on the next business day, so this can be a bit of a bummer for you that your package has not shipped yet (Awaiting Fulfillment Status).
Here is the why's of it all.
1. We are closed Thanksgiving day (Thursday) - Sunday to enjoy a long weekend with our families.
2. Black Friday and Cyber Monday start that same weekend.
Those three things ending up bring us an influx of orders that we just can not get out on our normal schedule. We are working as fast as we can to get our your orders. We know you want to enjoy them, but it is going to take us a good week extra to get them all out.
We ship in order of date received *first in is first out.
We ship express methods before slower methods within those days.
We expect all orders to be out of our facility by the following week. You will receive tracking as soon as your package leaves our facility.

**Quick note. With the carriers being so congested this time of year, remember that NO Methods are honoring guaranteed delivery times. Fedex, UPS and USPS will not offer refunds for a delayed delivery on an express package or any other status. This is not something we have any control over. This is notated on the Checkout page as well for your reference.
